Outdoor space in our sophisticated setting is also available, along with banquet rooms for business meetings and seminars.
Membership at Willow Bend includes the rental of any event space at no charge. Non-members may rent any space for a fee.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can We Bring Our Own Food Or Have Our Own Caterer?
Willow Bend Country Club will provide all catering for your function. Outside food and drink are not permitted.
Can We Bring In Our Own Cake?
Willow Bend works with several bakeries and can arrange one for your event.
How Many People Can Willow Bend Accommodate?
Main Dining Room, up to 250 people; Board Room, up to 20 people; Lower- Level Conference Room, up to 90 people.
Is There A Room Rental Charge?
here is no room rental charge for our members. There is a fee for non-members.
How Long Do I Have The Room?
This is dependent upon the time of day of your function and can be answered by our event coordinator.
When Can I Access The Room To Decorate?
We can always guarantee two hours before your function. As long as there are no other events prior to yours, you may have access to the room earlier. For wedding decorating, you may have the room after 2 p.m. on the day before your wedding day.
Can I Come And See The Room Before I Book It?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage you to do so. Please call ahead and speak to our event coordinator to set up a time.

Can I Use Candles On My Tables?
Yes, candles are permitted. We ask that they are in approved, fire-resistant containers.
Do You Have Centerpieces Available To Use?
We do have a small selection of centerpieces available for a rental fee. However, you are more than welcome to bring in your own. We request that confetti or glitter not be used.
| Deposit & Cancellations: | A deposit is required on all banquets. A full refund will be made if the banquet is canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the date. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable, and the member will be responsible for any food, beverage, or service expenditure made by the Club in preparation for the banquet. During December, fourteen (14) days’ notice of cancellation is required to avoid food, beverage, banquet, or service charges. A $500 deposit is required on all weddings. The deposit will hold the date and also cover any damages to the Club or the golf course the night of the event. If there are no damages, the deposit amount will be applied to and deducted from the final bill. |
| Food & Beverage: | All food and beverages must be purchased from Willow Bend Country Club, and no leftover food will be taken home. The Club has a complete selection of wines, liquors, beers, and beverages to complement any menu choice. It is the Club’s policy that no liquor, wine, or food be brought into the Club from outside sources. We will refuse alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 21. We also reserve the right to refuse service when deemed necessary. |
| Guarantee: | A final head count is required seventy-two (72) hours prior to most events, or six (6) days prior to a wedding. The final bill is determined by the final count number or number of guests who attended – whichever is greater. |
| Liability: | The Club shall not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or article left on the premises prior to, during, or following a function. The member shall be liable for any injury or damage caused by any event participant. |
