  1. Can we bring our own food or have our own caterer?
    Willow Bend Country Club will provide all catering for your function.
  2. Can we bring in our own cake?
    Willow Bend works with several bakeries and welcomes their services to our club.
  3. How many people can Willow Bend accommodate?
    Main Dining Room – up to 250 people.
    Board Room – up to 20 people.
    Lower Level Conference Room – up to 90 people.
  4. Is there a room rental charge?
    There is no room rental charge for our members. There is a fee for non-members.
  5. How long do I have the room?
    This is dependent upon the time of the day of your function and can be answered by our event coordinator.
  6. When can I access the room to decorate?
    We can always guarantee two hours before your function. As long as there are no other events prior to yours, you may have access to the room earlier. For wedding decorating, you may have the room after 2:00 p.m. on the day before your wedding day.
  7. Can I come and see the room before I book it?
    Most definitely! In fact, we encourage you to do so. Please call ahead and speak to our event coordinator to set up a time.
  8. Do you offer taste tests?
    Taste tests are offered! Please call ahead and speak to our event coordinator.
  9. Can I use candles on my tables?
    Yes, candles are permitted. We ask that they are in approved, fire-resistant containers.
  10. Do you have centerpieces available to use?
    We do have a small selection of centerpieces available. However, you are more than welcome to bring in your own. We request that confetti or glitter not be used.
