Policies

Prior to your event, please read the following policies.

Linens: A linen charge of $2.50 per person will be added for all events.

Gratuity: A service charge of 17.5% will be added for all events.

Catering Gratuity: A service charge of 20% will be added for all events.

Taxes: A 7.25% tax charge will be added for all events.

Deposit and Cancellations: A deposit is required on all banquets. A full refund will be made if the banquet is canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the date. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable, and the member will be responsible for any food, beverage, or service expenditure made by the Club in preparation for the banquet. During December, fourteen (14) days’ notice of cancellation is required to avoid food, beverage, banquet, or service charges. A $500 deposit is required on all weddings. The deposit will hold the date and also cover any damages to the Club or the golf course the night of the event. If there are no damages, the deposit amount will be applied to and deducted from the final bill.

Food and Beverage: All food and beverages must be purchased from Willow Bend Country Club, and no leftover food will be taken home. The Club has a complete selection of wines, liquors, beers, and beverages to complement any menu choice. It is the Club’s policy that no liquor, wine, or food be brought into the Club from outside sources. We will refuse alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 21. We also reserve the right to refuse service when deemed necessary.

Guarantee: A final head count is required seventy-two (72) hours prior to most events, or six (6) days prior to a wedding. The final bill is determined by the final count number or number of guests who attended – whichever is greater.

Liability: The Club shall not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or article left on the premises prior to, during, or following a function. The member shall be liable for any injury or damage caused by any event participant.
